These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Doli Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.'s app Full House, located at https://dolientertainment.com.

By using the app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the app if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this app and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.


License
Unless otherwise stated, Doli Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Full House. All intellectual property rights are reserved. 
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. 

Nature of Full House Chips
Chips are non-monetary reward points.
They hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, assets, or any other form of physical or digital currency.
Chips exist solely for the purpose of redeeming tickets to participate in the games offered during the active season.

Usage of Chips
Chips can only be used within the platform and are not transferable to any external account or entity.
Chips earned by users are a reward mechanism and do not reflect any ownership, asset, or liability relationship with the platform.

Seasonal Expiry
Chips are seasonal and automatically dismissed after the end of the game season.
Any remaining chips in a user’s account after the season ends will be rendered valueless and will not carry over to future seasons.

Non-Exchangeable
Chips cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for goods, services, or currency.
The platform reserves the right to maintain sole control over the earning, redemption, and dismissal of Full House Chips.

No Liability
The platform is not responsible for any perceived or claimed monetary loss resulting from the expiration or non-exchangeability of Chips.
By earning or using Chips, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. The platform reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.


Game Winner and Prize distribution Clause
1. Eligibility for Prize Claim:
   - To claim any prize, the winner must submit a valid copy of their citizenship certificate as proof of identity.
   - The name and phone number provided during registration must match the name on the citizenship certificate.

2. Verification Process:
   - The citizenship certificate submitted by the winner will be verified to ensure it matches the information provided at the time of game registration.
   - In case of discrepancies between the registration details and the submitted citizenship document, the winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.

3. Submission Deadline:
   - The winner must submit the citizenship copy within 7 days from the date of notification.
   - Failure to submit the required documents within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. Non-transferability:
   - Prizes are non-transferable, and the winner must personally claim the prize. No third-party claims will be accepted.

5. Additional Information:
   - The organizer reserves the right to request additional identification documents if necessary for verification.
   - The decision of the organizer regarding the winner's eligibility and prize distribution will be final and binding.
